Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using StudyBuddy you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google. You're responsible for the security of your Google account. We don't store your Google password.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of materials you upload. We use them only to power features of StudyBuddy for your account (text extraction, question generation, analytics) and never sell them to third parties.

4. AI-generated content

Questions, explanations, and recommendations are generated by AI. They can be wrong. Use them as a study aid, not a substitute for course materials, instructors, or professional advice.

5. Acceptable use

Don't upload material you don't have rights to use, don't use StudyBuddy to harass others, and don't try to abuse the AI to generate unrelated content.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.
